We do not cancel wagers upon request because our system offers a convenient cash-out feature that allows customers to settle a wager early if they wish.

Mistakes and Cash out option

There are many instances where customers will contact customer service in order to request that we cancel the bet due to a mistake without them having to incur in paying the fee.

QuickBet offers the option for fast bettors to set details for bets that they want to place as soon as they identify a preferred match, odds, etc.

This is the customer's responsibility and we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes made with this option.

The cash out option still remains open for customers to cancel wagers with a fee if they want, but customer service will not be able to bypass this option to cancel any wager with no fee.

Once a bet has already been graded we will not be able to make any type of cancellation, customers are responsible to check their wagers and manage them on their own accord.

Cash out option is a feature offered at the platform's discretion. It is only available when all markets and outcomes in the bet selection are active, and even then, it may still be disabled for certain events. Cash out availability it's not guaranteed.
