Underage Customer

Customers at XYes.com are required to be of legal gambling age to create an account. This is specified in our terms and conditions when the account is created and all customers are required to agree to these terms after acknowledging they have read them.

It is important to note that if a customer contact support to request a refund of all their deposits because they are actually underage, XYes.com will proceed to ban the account without this meaning that the funds will be returned to the player.

Any chargeback threats will be treated accordingly in case of deposits made with fiat currencies.

In case of receiving such a contact, customer service will proceed to fully block the account, note it with the case and the escalation number for easy identification.

The escalations should contain all pertinent information from the account, the claim of the customer, the channel of communicating where it was reported and any and all proof the customer has sent to support this claim. The team in charge of these types of claims is the Security or Fraud one.
