Location for customer service agents
You will not encounter many customers asking where we are located. However, if the question pops up in a conversation it is important that customer service agents know this and not to make up any locations.
Curaçao. If a customer asks where we are located, we should state that we are located in Curaçao.
Our license is clear to state it, but we should all be aligned in case customers wonder about this.
