Gambling Addiction Resources

Customer service can offer guidance to customers depending on the severity of their case, and it is important to follow with procedures to avoid any type of retaliation from customers that actually have a gambling addiction.

Self-exclusion

We support players in setting their own betting limits and game time restrictions.

Players can specify the time for which they do not wish to bet. They might want to take a week, a month or a year off from betting and this is something that we need to respect and abide to.

It is important to let our customers know that whichever it is the time frame they select, we are unable to lift it in any way since it is not something the system allows.

They are required to wait it out and the system will lift the exclusion once the time frame is met.

Deposit limits

Similarly to the self-exclusion feature, we offer our customers the feature to set deposit limits for their accounts. This will help them manage the funds they actually have for betting purposes in a better way.

They can set deposit limits in their preferred currency and filter it by day, week or month.

Account block

Customers that blatantly state having a gambling problem, gambling addiction or any other similar term, is a customer that should not be betting.

Once you have a customer that clearly states this, you can proceed to block the account for Gambling Addiction and leave a note in the account.

Make sure that you let the customer know that this action cannot be undone and we are unable to unblock the account.
