When it comes to sending tips to other customers, please keep in mind that this is entirely the responsibility of the players involved.

Customer service cannot interfere with or reverse any funds that have been sent, as these transactions are considered private and final.

This means that if a customer accidentally sends more than intended or wish to adjust a tip, we’re unable to change or recover those funds for them.

In these cases, we can recommend reaching out directly to the other customer to discuss any adjustments, this can usually be done through the chat.

This policy ensures that all customer transactions remain secure and are solely managed by the individuals involved.

This way, players understand their control over tips and that customer service is not permitted to intervene in these personal transactions.
