Account related issues

When addressing concerns related to accounts, it is important that Customer Service agents are able to identify where they can locate every single feature offered in order to assist the customer in finding whatever it is they are looking for.

A quick overview of the Account section on the site will let you know all features the customer can find by accessing their own profile.

The section can be accessed by clicking on the icon with the avatar on the upper right corner of the site, a menu will drop down containing the avatar, the VIP level the customer has achieved at the moment, the nickname they picked and a progress bar that lets them know how far they are from achieving the next level.

Knowing this information, customer service is able to help the customer navigate through the account information and all the available features, what they customers can expect to find, where to find it and how to read it.
