In order to prevent money laundering and abuse of promotions, after customers make a deposit, their funds will be locked and can only be unlocked through certain bets.
How to calculate the available amount and unlockable amount?
Two-Phase Fund Movement Summary
Phase 1: Lock Phase
When the wager requirement is greater than the locked funds, all funds are fully locked.
When winning: Locked funds increase, wager requirement decreases, and available balance remains at zero.
When losing: Locked funds decrease, wager requirement decreases, and available balance remains at zero.
Once the wager requirement drops to be equal to or less than the locked funds, the system switches to the release phase.
Phase 2: Release Phase
When the wager requirement is less than or equal to the locked funds, the system enters the release phase.
When winning: Both the locked funds and wager requirement decrease. A portion of funds is released and becomes available balance.
When losing: Both the locked funds and wager requirement decrease. The available balance remains unchanged.
