Can I withdraw using both cryptocurrency and fiat currency at the same time?

If you have previously made deposits using both cryptocurrency and fiat currency, you can withdraw using both methods at the same time. However, if you have only deposited via cryptocurrency, you can only withdraw using cryptocurrency; similarly, if you have only deposited via fiat currency, you can only withdraw using fiat currency.
