Why was my account banned?
Violation of Community Guidelines or Platform Policies: If your behavior is deemed to violate our terms of use, your account may be temporarily or permanently banned.
Suspicious Activity: If we detect suspicious transactions or activities on your account, we may take measures to protect your account and funds for security reasons.
Failure to Provide Verification Information: In some cases, if the requested identity verification information is not responded to in a timely manner or if the information is inconsistent, the account may also be banned.
Only one account per player is allowed: Any attempt at creating multiple accounts in order to abuse bonuses, promotions, or any other action that might be deemed as fraudulent by our risk department, will incur in all accounts involved being permanently blocked.
