FB Sports: Betting Platform

In the meantime, this platform is not available.

Customers can access the sports betting section by accessing the site and going to the left side menu, it will be the first option from top to bottom.

As soon as they access the section, Live roster will be displayed at the top, they can switch to the different sports that currently have an available Live market.

On the left side menu for the sportsbook section, customers will be able to find the search bar to look for specific matches. Right below, they can see thei account's balance which can be updated on request.

The roster will then show:

• Favorites: this tab will show them the events or leagues that they have marked as favorites.

• Open Bets: the open bets tab, will show all active or pending bets to be graded, once customers click on this tab, they will have to click on "Back to Menu" in order to go back and see other tabs. Also, they can see the date the bet was placed and find the bet slip ID right next to it.

• Bet Slip: this tab is the place where customers can create the bet by selecting different markets and adding them to the bet slip. This section allows them to select an amout for stake and if they would like to place a single bet or a parlay.

• Recommended: this tab will show customers games or events that are relavant.

• Live: this section will show games that are happening live only. This tab will also show the following disclaimer: All live content displayed on this page is for reference only. Members can also use this content as a guide. We will try our best to ensure that the displayed content is correct. In case of any error, the company will not bear any responsibility. For in-play score, such as the socre when placing in-play Handicap, should be refered to the score in the bet slip.

• Sports Menu: this tab will show all the available sports.

• Virtual Sports: this tab will show all options for virtual sports.

• Outright: customers can find all the options on events' outrights on this tab.

• Hot: this part will show all most popular events at the moment.

Customers also will be able to navigate the menu at the top of the section to find other relevant information.

Sports: as it says, this will help the customers see the available markets on different sports.

Virtual Sports: here customers will be able to search for virtual sports from soccer, basketball, horse racing, greyhounds, motorbike and speedway.

Bet History: this option will show a pop up window where customers will be able to check their history on placed pending bets, reservations and pending to grade.

Results: this part will let customers check results for different events and matches.

Sports Rules: customers can check the rules for each sports on this section.

Betting Tutorial: a pop-up window will appear that will guide customers through how to place single bets, parlays, several singles in one slip, reservations, how to check bet history, partially cash out and cashing out reservations.

Settings: this section will let customers pick a color mode for the site, settings for cash out and other color changes that will help them adjust the site to their preferences. Customer will also be able to choose from:

• Automatically accept any odds: if the odds move when they are placing the bet, this option will place the bet regardless of the change.

• Automatically accept better odds: if the odds move when they are placing the bet, this option will place the bet only if the odds are higher than the previous ones.

• Don't accept any odds changes: if the odds change, the system will not place the bet unless the customer reviews and manually accepts the changes.

Decimal: customers can change the way odds are displayed on the site here, and they can pick from decimal, Hong Kong, Malaysian, Indonesian and American Odds.

How to place a Single Bet

Customers will need to log into their accounts to place a bet. They can find the sportsbook by clicking on the Sports tab on the elft side menu of the site.

They can navigate the roster of sports and events at their convenience and select the markets they would like for their bet slip. Once they have selected the matches they can see the bet slip fully by clicking on the "BET SLIP" tab on the left.

Once the selections are added, customers can add their desired risk amount and select between deleting all elements on the bet slip or placing the wager.

The site will show shortcuts for preset amounts of stake, they can click on the desired amount as they see fit and they place the bet.

Once the bet is placed, they will be able to see the confirmation of the successful bet.

The last step will let customers see the option to go back on the menu, the bet's details and the option to retain the option while going back to the match list.

How to place a Parlay Bet

Customers can place parlay bets the same way they would place a single, however, they need to select the parlay option in the bet slip.

Once they have selected all the markets desired for each leg and have selected the parlay option, they will be able to check the different options for parlays and place the wager.

How to place single wagers in batches

This works similarly to placing a parlay, however, customers are required to keep the single bet option instead of parlay. They can select different stakes for each line, or select the same stake for all options.

How to Book an order

Customers can book bets with certain characteristics to be placed if the conditions are met.

They would just need to select the line they are interested in, click on "Book" and adjust the odds they would like, the stake, select between single bets or parlay.

Once the options and details are verified, customers can click on "Confirm" and the booking will be complete.

In order to check the booked bets, they can acces the bets list and instead of checking the currently open bets, they should select the Reservation option and the booked bets will show. They can modify the selections as they see fit or cancel the booked bets if the want.

How to Cash Out a bet

In order to cash out a bet, customers are required to access the open bets section and then click on the "Cashout" button. It is important to note that, there will be a fee charged for cashing out wagers.

This feature has a two step verification process, which means that customers cannot later claim they cancelled a bet by mistake.

Once a bet is cancelled, they will be able to check the details of the cancellation in the bet history tab.

How to partially Cashout a bet

Customer can access their open wagers and click on "Config" in order to partially cashout a bet.

They can select the amount they would like to partially cashout from ther bet on this section.

They can go back to their open bets in order to review the details of their partial cashout.

How to Cashout a Book Order

Customers can cancel a bet order by accessing the open bets section and then sliding to "reservation", there, they can find the booked bets and click on "Config" to check further details and modify the bet.

By selecting the reservation option and then modifying the amount of stake and return they would like to keep they can cashout the amount required. Then they will need to click on Modify to save the changes.
