Security
On this section, customers will be able to see basic security features, such as changing and setting the password, setting and changing the 2 Factor Authentication, verifying the email address and verifying the phone number.
At the bottom of the page, they can review the active and inactive sessions on the site. It will show the device used, the location, IP address, last used date and the status of the session.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Activating 2FA only takes a few minutes but significantly enhances the customer's protection, ensuring that only they can access their account.
Log in using Google or your email/password.
Navigate to your account page on XYes.
Verify that your email address is accurate in the "My Email" section.
Generate a strong password.
Enable 2FA (ensure you have an app like Google Authenticator or Authy installed) and securely store the recovery code from the authenticator.
Changing the password
You can change your password at any moment you prefer. To do this, you can follow these steps:
Access the "My Account" section on the site, this can be accessed through the avatar icon on the upper right corner of the site when you are logged in.
Go to the Security tab and then access the Password option.
You will need to enter the current password first and then click on Submit.
Then you can enter and confirm the new password. Keep in mind the password is require to have at least 8 characters, 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 number and 1 special character.
After this, you just need to click Submit and it will be done.
Changing the email
Customers can change their email address at any moment they prefer. To do this, they can follow these steps:
Access the My Account section on the site, this can be accessed through the avatar icon on the upper right corner of the site when they are logged in.
Go to the Security tab and then access the Email option.
They will need to enter the current email first and then click on send code.
After this, they just need to click Submit and it will be done.
Changing the phone number
You can change your phone number at any moment you prefer. To do this, you can follow these steps:
Access the My Account section on the site, this can be accessed through the avatar icon on the upper right corner of the site when you are logged in.
Go to the Security tab and then access the Phone option.
You will need to enter the current phone first and then click on send code.
Then you can enter and confirm the new phone. Keep in mind you will need to verify the new phone number before it can be changed.
After this, you just need to click Submit and it will be done.
