Game transaction record

This section show information in a more condensed way, still, globally speaking. On this tab you will be able to check failed bets, successful bets and rollbacks.

A rollback refers to the reversal or cancellation of a bet or transaction, usually due to an error, rule violation, or change in circumstances. It means the sportsbook has undone or invalidated a previously settled or placed bet.

Common reasons for a rollback:

  • Incorrect odds or lines: If the sportsbook posted wrong odds due to a technical glitch or human error.

  • Grading error: The outcome of a bet was incorrectly marked as a win/loss/push, and needs to be corrected.

  • Voided event or match: The game was postponed, cancelled, or did not meet minimum requirements for action (e.g., not enough innings/quarters played).

  • Market or rule violation: For example, a player placing a bet where they shouldn’t, or a duplicate bet placed due to a glitch.

  • Fraud or suspicious activity: If the sportsbook detects that a bet was placed unfairly or with insider information.

What happens in a rollback?

  • The original result is reversed.

  • The winnings are taken back (if already credited).

  • The stake is refunded, depending on the situation.
