Discord

Discord is a versatile communication platform designed to foster real-time interaction and build strong communities.

With its text and voice channels, Discord allows us to connect with customers in a more dynamic and engaging way, enabling seamless conversations, instant support, and the opportunity to create a welcoming space for discussions and feedback.

This tool is especially effective for hosting topic-focused discussions, sharing updates, and supporting users through both public forums and private messages. By leveraging Discord, we can enhance customer engagement, strengthen loyalty, and ensure users feel valued and heard in a more interactive environment.

When customers first open the invite link, this is the first thing they will see.

They will have the option to choose one or more options based on what they need or want to do in the Discord server. Whether it's getting support, exploring betting options, or engaging with the community, the choice is theirs.

If their needs change in the future, they can easily update their selections. To do so, simply go to the 'Channels and Roles' option in the upper left corner, where they can modify their choices as needed.

After making their selections and clicking 'Next,' they will be directed to the server rules. All they need to do is click on it to acknowledge the guidelines and continue.

After clicking on finish they will be automatically directed to the server guide which will be looking like this:

In the Server Guide, they will see three tasks they need to complete to gain full access to the server. We encourage customers to complete these steps as it ensures they have access to all the features and benefits the XYes.com server offers.

While the process may feel a little tedious, it’s designed to provide a better and more personalized experience. By completing these tasks, they can fully explore everything the community has to offer, from exclusive content to tailored support and updates.

If customers decide to skip these steps, they will still be able to see and send messages on the server. However, their access will be limited, and they won’t enjoy the full features and opportunities available to fully engaged members.

The first channel they will encounter is in the ‘Start Here’ category, beginning with the #verify-here channel. The process is simple: customers only need to click on the ‘Verify’ button and enter the code displayed in the message above, which will say 888. Completing this step will automatically grant them the XYes Member role.

This verification step is essential to ensure a safe and welcoming community where customers feel they are part of something exclusive and meaningful. It’s a simple way to make sure everyone feels included and ready to enjoy the full experience of the XYes.com server.

After completing the first task, they will be directed to the server rules channel in the ‘Start Here’ category. While they already agreed to follow the rules upon entering the server, this channel ensures they always have access to the guidelines. This accessibility promotes a respectful and welcoming community by keeping the rules clear and available at all times.

As soon as they open the rules channel, the task of reading the rules will automatically be marked as complete. From there, they will be directed to the final step: introducing themselves in the #xyes-chat channel, located in the Community Hub category. Here, they can share a little about themselves and begin engaging with other members, fostering a sense of connection and belonging within the XYes.com community.

And once they introduce themselves all the three tasks will be marked as complete and the customers will be able to enjoy the server to its full potential.
