Deposit
Customers can deposit by clicking on the Wallet button at the top of the page. Initially, selecting their method to deposit is easy enough to pick from crypto, fiat currencies, or the option to buy crypto directly.
Crypto deposits
Customers are required to select the currency of the deposit they are sending.
The most important step is to select the correct network for the deposit. It should match the one they have in accordance to the currency and the wallet. If a customer uses the wrong network we will not be able to receive the funds. It is important to remind them of this since at the moment we are unable to recover any funds sent through the wrong network.
They can copy the provided address and paste it to their own application or scan the code of the provided address. They need to generate a new wallet every time they are going to deposit, meaning, updating the site on this section for every deposit.
Fiat deposits
Customers initiate a deposit by clicking on the "Wallet" button located at the top-right corner of the homepage. From there, they select the "Deposit" option and choose "Fiat Currency" as their method.
Next, they select the currency they want to use and enter the deposit amount. When they click "Next," the system generates a unique deposit account number. The customer then uses their banking app to transfer the exact amount to that account. Once they’ve completed the transfer, they click "Deposited" to confirm.
Note: On mobile devices, pop-up blockers may prevent the deposit details from displaying. In those cases, the customer can retrieve the information again by clicking "Open Deposit Link" in the bottom-left corner of the deposit window.
Once the deposit is submitted, the funds typically appear in the customer’s account within 5 minutes. If there are delays, it’s usually due to banking processing times or an incorrect amount being transferred.
Buy Crypto
Once you’ve logged into your account, purchasing crypto is simple and secure. Just head to the Wallet section, where you’ll find the option to buy crypto directly on the site.
On this section, you should select the option for Deposit and then select the Buy Crypto tab in order to continue with the purchase.
On this window, you should select your own currency, the one you are going to use to make the purchase and the system will tell you the minimum amount automatically depending on the currency used.
It is important to note that, at this moment, customer will only be able to purchase USDT, therefore, all funds purchased by this method will reflect in your account as USDT.
Make sure to read and agree with the Disclaimer before proceeding with the purchase and then click on Buy Via AMOPAY-USDT.
