Back Office XYES

The Back Office is the main tool used by the Customer Service team and other operational departments to manage and monitor the accounts registered on the XYes.com website.

Through this platform, it's possible to access detailed information for each account, including:

  • General user data

  • Transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, internal movements)

  • Betting and gaming activity

  • Details of applied promotions and bonuses

  • Verification status (KYC levels)

  • Security logs and associated alerts

  • Internal notes and contact history

This tool allows for a comprehensive analysis of each client's activity and facilitates the resolution of inquiries, validation of processes, and case follow-up.

As Customer Service agents, we will need to use three key tabs in the Back Office:

  • Member Management

  • Finance Center

  • Record Center
